Scorecards/Score Posting
All players are responsible for posting their own scores in the pro shop, online, or using the GHIN app. To post online, go to http://www.GHIN.com. Sweeps events, scorecards must be turned into the pro shop staff so they can score the event. Majors, scorecards must be promptly turned into the event table for immediate scoring.

TEE TIMES – Sign up and Show up
Club members – each player must sign up. If no one signs up for your tee time it will be sold to the general public, as well as open 2-somes or singles within your group. You must sign up for Saturday times by the end of the day on Monday, and Sunday times by the end of the day on Tuesday. NO SHOWS result in lost revenue for the course. Multiple no shows could result in disciplinary action.

EVENTS

Sweeps
Every Saturday and Sunday throughout the season will include an event. For days that do not include a “major” event from the event schedule you may enter that day’s event, called a “sweeps” event. Each player gets 10 free weekend sweeps to use during the season. You must sign up for the event before you tee off. You may play in as many sweeps events as you wish, but must pay $4 per event played in excess of 10. The pro shop chooses each sweeps event format for that day.

Individual 36 Hole Tournaments (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day)
Event scoring is based on low gross for 36 holes. You must play each round with at least one other Men’s Club member.

Club Championship

Team Events (Foursome and Twosome)
Most will be A-B-C-D computer pairings. Twosome events are pick your own partner.
Payouts depend on the amount of players in the field.

Singles and Doubles Match Play
Payouts depend on the amount of participants.
You must qualify for doubles and simply sign up for singles.

King of the Ridge
All members accumulate points throughout the year according to participation and high finishes in major tournaments. The top 19 point getters plus ties (and the defending champion) will participate in the King of the Ridge tournament at the end of the year.

GENERAL

Winnings
All event winnings are paid in funny money (pro shop dough) and maintained in a file in the pro shop. Pro shop money is valid through Dec. 1st. Most major tournaments have a skins game (included in the entry fee) and optional pari-mutuel events the day of the tourney. Skins game and pari-mutuel winners are paid in cash and available shortly after the tournament concludes, however, if you do not collect the day of the pro shop will hold your money in the shop. Event results are posted on the men’s club bulletin board and on our website.

ALL MEMBERS – PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR COURSE, REPLACE DIVOTS AND FIX BALL MARKS. PLEASE KEEP SPEED OF PLAY MOVING ALONG, ESPECIALLY BETWEEN 9’S. PLEASE BE ON THE 10TH TEE READY TO HIT WHEN THE GROUP IN FRONT OF YOU ARE NEARING THE 10TH GREEN.
